Shipping

We deliver across Lebanon only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery is free on all orders. Payment is cash on delivery — you pay when the order arrives at your door.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the book is in its original condition — unread, unmarked, and undamaged.

To arrange a return, contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Your rights under Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005 are fully upheld.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. Once an order has left our hands, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong book, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full resolution at no cost to you.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order — your name, phone number, and delivery address. This information is never shared with third parties and is used solely to fulfil your order.
